The Trust’s statistics relating to our trade union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations Data is published in the Annual Report and Accounts.

The report includes information on the number of employees who were relevant union officials (and the full-time equivalent employee number), the percentage of time spent on trade union facility time, the total cost of facility time to the Trust, and the percentage of paid trade union activity time as a percentage of paid facility time.
