Friends and family test

The NHS Friends and Family Test is an important opportunity for patients and carers to provide feedback on the care and treatment they receive from us and can be used to help us improve services.

It asks patients whether they would recommend hospital wards, accident and emergency departments and maternity services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.

All the feedback is collected independently and reports are produced for each ward as well as the whole Trust.
